OUR OPERATIONS
Blue Mountain Mine is an active, fully compliant gold mining operation in the Mapeta Hills district of Guruve, Zimbabwe — and the live pilot for Klusetic's proprietary OreLogic™ technology platform.
The Operation
Blue Mountain Mine
Blue Mountain Mine is an active, fully compliant gold mining operation located in the Mapeta Hills district of Guruve, Zimbabwe. The mine serves as the live pilot operation for Klusetic's proprietary OreLogic™ technology platform — proving the system in real production conditions across underground mining, ore processing and resource management. The orebody transitions from red oxide belts near surface into consolidated blue quartz-pyrite zones at depth, with each ore type processed through its own optimised recovery circuit. Every tonne mined at Blue Mountain Mine is tracked, reconciled and reported through OreLogic™.

Current Activities
From Face to Recovery
Every stage of the mining value chain is active at Blue Mountain Mine, supported by structured operational controls and real-time digital monitoring.
Geological Exploration & Mapping
Systematic geological programmes to define and expand the resource base, including underground mapping, sampling and drilling.
Underground Mining
Structured underground development and stoping operations targeting gold-bearing ore zones identified through exploration.
Ore Development & Blasting
Controlled underground drilling and blasting to advance development headings and open stoping blocks for ore extraction.
Ore Haulage & Stockpile Management
Controlled ore movement from the mining face to surface stockpiles, tracked in real time through OreLogic™.
Crushing & Milling
Primary and secondary crushing followed by milling to prepare ore for downstream gold recovery processes.
Gravity, Vat & Heap Leach Gold Recovery
Three-stage gold recovery using gravity separation, vat leaching and heap leaching to maximise gold extraction from processed underground ore.
OreLogic™ — Live at Blue Mountain Mine
Live Pilot OperationTechnology Proven in Active Production
OreLogic™ is not a concept — it is live and operating at Blue Mountain Mine today. Klusetic built the platform specifically to solve the data and accountability gaps that hold back small and medium-sized mining operations. Blue Mountain Mine is the active pilot: every shift, every tonne, every piece of equipment and every safety inspection runs through OreLogic™ in real time. The system replaces fragmented paper records with structured digital workflows that give management instant, auditable visibility across the entire operation.

Blue Mountain Mine is the active production pilot for OreLogic™ — validating the platform under real mining conditions before deployment across future operations.
Production Reporting
Shift-by-shift production data captured at source and consolidated into real-time management reports — no paper, no delays.
Ore Reconciliation
Every tonne tracked from the mining face through to final gold recovery — reducing losses and providing full accountability.
Equipment & Maintenance
Equipment utilisation, inspection records and maintenance history in a single digital system — live across all Blue Mountain Mine assets.
Safety Inspections
Structured digital safety inspection workflows ensuring compliance and providing a fully auditable safety record on every shift.
Fuel & Asset Tracking
Real-time fuel consumption monitoring and asset tracking across the operation — eliminating manual records and reducing losses.
Management Dashboards
Live operational KPI dashboards giving management instant visibility across production, equipment and safety — from anywhere.
Blue Mountain Mine is the proof of concept. As OreLogic™ matures through live production use, the platform will be deployed across future Klusetic operations — incorporating advanced analytics, automation and AI-driven production optimisation.
Ore Characteristics & Processing
Blue Mountain Mine Geology
Red oxide belts near surface consolidate downward into blue quartz-pyrite zones — each ore type processed through its own optimised recovery circuit.
Red Oxide Belts
Near SurfaceThe upper ore horizon at Blue Mountain Mine. Oxidised iron-rich belts with liberated, free-milling gold — amenable to heap leaching after gravity separation.
Blue Quartz–Pyrite Zones
At DepthThe red oxide belts consolidate downward into blue quartz-pyrite zones — sulphide-hosted gold that requires vat leaching following gravity separation for optimal recovery.
Gold Recovery Process — Blue Mountain Mine
Underground Mining & Blasting
Underground development and stoping with controlled drilling and blasting to extract gold-bearing ore from the reef.
Crushing & Milling
Primary jaw crushing followed by milling to reduce ore to a fine particle size and liberate gold from host rock.
Gravity Separation
Gravity concentrators recover free gold particles from the milled ore pulp — capturing the coarse, high-grade fraction first.
Vat Leaching
Crushed ore is placed in vats and leached with a cyanide solution to dissolve gold from the sulphide ore fraction.
Heap Leaching
Oxide ore is stacked on lined pads and irrigated with cyanide solution — a cost-effective method for lower-grade material.
Surface to Depth Transition
Red oxide belts dominate the near-surface horizon. As depth increases, these oxidised zones consolidate into the primary blue quartz-pyrite mineralisation.
Matched Recovery Circuits
Each ore type is routed to its optimal circuit — oxide material to heap leaching, sulphide ore to vat leaching — both preceded by gravity separation.
OreLogic™ Tracked Throughout
Every tonne through the processing circuit is tracked and reconciled in real time through OreLogic™ — from the underground face to final gold recovery.

Goldmaster: Unlocking Zimbabwe's Tailings Potential
Goldmaster (Pvt) Ltd is a special purpose vehicle established by Klusetic Mining Group and its partners.
Goldmaster (Pvt) Ltd is a special purpose vehicle established by Klusetic Mining Group and its partners to realise the value locked in 1.2 million tonnes of historic gold tailings in Kwekwe, Zimbabwe. Goldmaster has invested in a 200 tonne per day Carbon-in-Pulp (CIP) processing plant, targeting commissioning in August 2026 — the first of many planned large-scale investments in Zimbabwe's mining sector.
The Goldmaster CIP plant is designed to process the 1.2 million tonne tailings resource as primary feed, with capacity to treat third-party ore as a regional processing hub.
Responsible Mining
Technology Alone Does Not Create a Successful Mine
