Klusetic Mining Group was founded on a straightforward conviction: that the gap between how mining is managed and how it could be managed — with modern technology, structured processes and genuine accountability — represents one of the most significant untapped opportunities in African mining.
Our founders identified that small and medium-sized mining operations across Africa were being held back not by a lack of ore, but by a lack of operational discipline, data quality and management visibility. Paper-based systems, disconnected spreadsheets and informal reporting were creating blind spots that cost operations money, time and credibility.
We set out to build something different. A mining company that treats technology as a core operational tool, not an afterthought. A company where every tonne of ore, every litre of fuel and every production shift is tracked, measured and reported with accuracy.
